Dawex co-CEO Fabrice Tocco, participated in the French & German Executive Dialogue organized by organized in Berlin by the Embassy of France to Germany, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, and Inria on Jan. 24, in Berlin.
The Conclusions and Call for Action following the discussions of 50 industry, technology, innovation and applied research leaders from France and Germany, urge prompt action to tackle the challenges facing Europe's digital sovereignty and overall competitiveness.
6 priorities have emerged, among them:
- Priority 1 - Simplified, business and innovation friendly regulations, in particular the implementation of the AI Act and the Data Act.
- Priority #2 positioned by leaders is a robust and scalable AI infrastructure, including a European cloud service ecosystem with a single, user-friendly certification process and trusted Data Spaces to share data.
These conclusions will feed the AI Action Summit hosted by the French Presidency in Paris next week Feb. 10-11, 2025, as well as the European agenda to foster a sovereign and competitive European AI.
